The winner of multiple national and international prizes, pianist Robert Neumann joins the Rising Stars series on STAGE+ in a showcase featuring just three works: Scriabin's dramatic and impassioned Piano Sonata No. 3, the second of the 13-year-old Beethoven's brilliant "Kurfürsten" Sonatas and his own arrangement of the vibrant Romanian Folk Dances by Bartók. The performances are interspersed with an interview that brings us closer to the artist and his inspirations a vivid demonstration of why the young pianist has been hailed as one of the most exciting talents of his generation.
