The British-Russian baritone Theodore Platt joins the Rising Stars series on STAGE+ with a recital showcasing his wide-ranging talent. He is joined by pianist Keval Shah for a programme featuring songs in no fewer than five languages and culminating in an extract from one of the great baritone roles in English opera: the eponymous innocent you sailor in Benjamin Britten's Billy Budd.
