Toni Krämer

Toni Krämer was born March 14th, 1936 in Malsch (near Karlsruhe, where he also studied voice). He was primarily associated with the Stuttgart State Opera, where he had made his debut in 1965. At the Bayreuth Festival 1985–86 (Siegfried); debut at the Metropolitan Opera in 1988 (Siegfried in Götterdämmerung). He sang as long as 2001.
